The short answer

A WooCommerce ecommerce build takes 21 days for our Catalog tier (100-500 SKUs). Boutique (under 100 SKUs) takes 14 days; Enterprise (500+ SKUs with B2B portal) takes 30-45 days. Most Tampa agencies quote 8-16 weeks for the same scope.

We build in three sprints. Sprint 1 (Days 1-7): audit, information architecture, design, scope lock. Sprint 2 (Days 8-14): build (theme, custom blocks, product templates, category pages). Sprint 3 (Days 15-21): catalog import, payment/shipping/tax integration, QA, soft launch. Hard launch by Day 21.

Boutique tier (under 100 SKUs, B2C only, Stripe + flat-rate shipping) compresses to 14 days because the catalog import is small and the integration surface is limited. We can ship this scope reliably in two sprints.

Enterprise tier (500+ SKUs, B2B portal, ERP integration, multi-warehouse) requires 30-45 days because ERP integration testing alone is 1-2 weeks. NetSuite or Acumatica connector setup, customer-group price-list sync, multi-warehouse inventory truth, B2B login flow — each adds testing complexity.

Most mid-market agencies quote 8-16 weeks for similar scope. The reason isn’t complexity — it’s lack of scope discipline. They re-open design at week 4 because a stakeholder ‘had a thought.’ We lock scope at Day 7 and treat post-launch additions as Care Plan work, not mid-project scope.

№ 02What if I don’t have product photography yet?

Catalog import is a parallel workstream; you can shoot or source photography during Sprint 2. We launch with whatever’s ready by Day 18 and add the rest as a Care Plan task. Delay isn’t free though — the launch date doesn’t slip.

№ 03What happens if you miss the launch date?

Deposit refunded in full. We’ve missed once in 60+ ecommerce builds. The discipline is real because the consequence is real.

№ 04Can the timeline include migration from Shopify?
