Redesigns that keep your rankings.
$2K–$15K+ tiered. 10-day flagship timeline. 301 maps that preserve 80%+ of organic equity. The redesign isn’t done when we launch — it’s done when rankings stabilize and conversion climbs.
02 — The Problem
You need Website Redesign because off-the-shelf isn’t cutting it.
Your last rebuild tanked your organic traffic.
New site, new URLs, no redirects. 60% organic drop overnight. The agency ‘didn’t think about SEO migration’ because that wasn’t in the scope.
You outgrew Wix or Squarespace.
Lead flow dropped as your business grew. Their templates ceiling at 50 pages and 2% conversion. Migration to WordPress is the next move.
Your site looks post-COVID.
Hero gradient. Stock photo team. ‘Welcome to our site’ headline. Mobile converts at half of desktop. You’ve lost deals to the design alone.
Your previous developer disappeared.
Custom-built 6 years ago by someone who’s gone. No documentation. Every change requires reverse-engineering their choices. You can’t add a page without paying $400 for the privilege.

Our Point of View
“Web design is math, not creativity. The pretty version is the version that converts — and we have the heatmaps to prove it.”
06 — FAQ
The questions we get most.
If your question isn’t here, the audit conversation is the right place to ask.
Will I lose my rankings during the migration?
Not if it’s done right. Every old URL gets a 301 redirect to its closest new equivalent. Internal links updated. Sitemap regenerated. Google sees a clean continuity rather than a thousand 404s.
The rankings dip we typically see in the first 7–14 days post-launch is normal. Google re-crawls and re-ranks the new structure. By day 21, traffic is at baseline. By day 60, traffic is usually up because the new site has better Core Web Vitals + schema. We aim to preserve 80%+ of organic equity through migration.
What’s the difference between Refresh and Standard?
Refresh keeps your CMS, your architecture, and most of your content. We modernize the surface — design, mobile, page speed. 5–7 days. $2K–$3.5K. Right for: layout works, surface is tired, budget is tight.
Standard is a full rebuild on WordPress with new architecture. 10 days. $3.5K–$6.5K. Right for: lead flow dropped, outgrew the builder, mobile fails, sitemap is a mess, site is 5+ years old.
What if my project doesn’t fit any of these tiers?
Most don’t fit perfectly. The tier numbers are scoping anchors, not menu items. The audit conversation maps your actual scope to the closest tier with documented adjustments.
Sub-floor (e.g., a single landing page rebuild) we refer out. Ceiling-plus enterprise we custom-scope. Within range, we’ll tell you exactly which tier you land in.
Do you write the copy or do I?
You provide copy by default. We can write it as an add-on. We’re very good at structural copy — section headers, hierarchy, CTA framing — but we don’t pretend to be your industry’s content expert.
Do you offer maintenance after launch?
30 days post-launch monitoring included with every build. After that, optional WordPress Care Plan runs $200–$800/mo for updates, security monitoring, backups, and monthly performance reports.
If you have an in-house developer, they can take over fully. The site is standard FSE WordPress — anyone competent can maintain it.
