Can You Redesign on the Same Day?

14 days kickoff → live $3K–$15K+ scope-tiered WCAG 2.1 AA baseline

The short answer

No. Even Refresh tier takes 7 days because design, build, and QA each need time. Same-day ‘redesigns’ from freelancer marketplaces are template swaps, not redesigns — they ship looking generic and converting poorly. Real redesigns need real time.

№ 01The longer answer

Same-day redesign requests usually come from one of two places: a freelancer pitched a 24-hour turnaround, or the founder needs to launch by tomorrow for a campaign. Neither leads to a redesign that pays back.

What ships in 24 hours is a template swap: download a $79 ThemeForest theme, install on WordPress, paste in your content, change the colors. The result looks like a $79 theme because that’s what it is. Conversion ceiling: low. Performance: poor. Visual distinction: zero.

Real redesigns require time for: discovery (Day 1-3, understanding how buyers move through the funnel), design (Day 4-7, producing comps that aren’t generic), build (Day 8-12, implementing in a custom theme), QA (Day 13, the 22-item checklist), and launch (Day 14). Compressing these breaks quality somewhere.

If you have a hard deadline tomorrow: launch the existing site with minor tweaks (fix the headline, swap the photo, update the CTA) and schedule the real redesign for the next 14-day window. The hard deadline is rarely worth a $6K redesign that doesn’t pay back.

№ 02What’s the fastest possible redesign?

Refresh tier in 7 days. Standard Redesign in 14 days. Authority Redesign in 21 days. These are floors, not targets — we hit them by locking scope hard.

№ 03Can you do an emergency landing-page build for a campaign?

Yes — single landing page builds run 3-5 days at $1.5K-$3K. Different scope from a full redesign; suited to campaign-specific needs.

№ 04What if I’m willing to pay extra for a 7-day turnaround on Standard scope?

We don’t accept rush fees. The 14-day timeline is the floor for that scope. Adding more money doesn’t compress design and QA without sacrificing quality.
