How Much Does a Website Redesign Cost?

14 days kickoff → live $3K–$15K+ scope-tiered WCAG 2.1 AA baseline

The short answer

A website redesign costs $2,000 for a Refresh tier (same content, new design, under 15 pages), $6,000 for a Standard Redesign (full UX rebuild on 25-40 pages, 14 days), and $15,000+ for an Authority Redesign (full migration with content expansion, 50+ pages).

№ 01The longer answer

Redesign pricing follows three tiers. The Refresh tier ($2,000) keeps your existing IA and content; we restyle the theme, swap photography, and re-tune CTAs. Best for sites under 3 years old that still serve the buyer but look dated. 7-day turnaround.

The Standard Redesign ($6,000) is the default for mid-market B2B. Full UX rebuild on top of existing IA, 25-40 pages, conversion engineering layered in, custom block theme from theme.json up. 14-day turnaround. This is what 60% of our redesign clients buy.

The Authority Redesign ($15,000+) covers full platform migrations, content expansion to 50+ pages, and CRM integrations. Typical use case: migrating from Elementor or Wix while expanding to programmatic SEO pages. 21-day turnaround on standard scope.

What changes the price within a tier: page count, platform migration complexity (Wix and Squarespace add $1-2K; Elementor and Divi add $0-3K), content authoring scope, CRM integration depth, and photography needs. National agencies (WebFX, Blue Corona) typically charge 2-4x our pricing for equivalent scope, bundled with retainer commitments.

№ 02What’s the difference between a refresh and a redesign?

A Refresh ($2K) keeps content and IA; we restyle the theme. A Redesign ($6K) rebuilds the design AND the IA; content is audited and ported. A Rebuild ($15K+) replaces the CMS or migrates from a different platform.

№ 03Are 301 redirects and SEO migration included?

Yes, on every tier above Refresh. 301 mapping, schema rebuild, GSC + GA4 setup, and post-launch monitoring are baseline. Refresh tier doesn’t change URLs so 301s aren’t needed.

№ 04Is the deposit refundable?

50% deposit at signing, balance at launch. If we miss the timeline, deposit refunded in full. If you cancel mid-project, deposit refunded minus actual hours worked at $150/hour.
