Do You Write the Copy or Do I?
The short answer
You provide body copy by default; we author the structural copy (H1s, sub-heads, CTAs, section headers) at no additional cost. Full copy authoring is available as an add-on at $1,500-$4,000 depending on page count.

The default scope: you provide body copy for your service pages, About, FAQ, and case studies. We write the structural elements — the words that appear at decision moments. That includes the homepage hero copy, every page’s H1 and sub-head, every CTA button, every section eyebrow, every form field label.
Why we split it that way: structural copy is a design discipline (it has to fit a layout, support hierarchy, and pass conversion logic) and we own the design. Body copy is an industry-knowledge discipline (it has to sound like you know your category, not like an agency guessing). You own that.
Full copy authoring is an add-on. Pricing: $1,500 for Starter tier (8-12 pages), $2,500 for Standard (25-40 pages), $4,000 for Authority (40-70 pages). The author is a senior copywriter, not a junior — and we’ll send drafts for review at each milestone, not at the end.
If you don’t have time to write but don’t want to pay for full authoring, the middle ground: hire a freelance copywriter (typically $80-$150/hour, $1,500-$3,000 for a full mid-market site) and we’ll work with their drafts. We have a list of Tampa-based copywriters we trust if you need a referral.
№ 02Will my body copy match the structural copy you write?
Yes — we send the structural copy in a Google Doc before launch, with brand voice guidance. You write body copy in that voice. We catch tone drift in QA.
№ 03What if my body copy isn’t great?
Honestly, we tell you. Bad body copy will tank conversions on an otherwise great design. We’ll recommend rewrites or suggest hiring a copywriter.
№ 04Can you write parts and I’ll write parts?
Yes. Most common pattern: we author homepage + hero copy across the site, you author service-page bodies. Pricing scales with what we author.
