Using this site

By using webdesigncompanytampa.org, you agree to these terms. We may update them periodically; the “last updated” date above reflects the most recent change.

Services and quotes

Pricing shown on the site reflects our current tiered scope. Actual project pricing is locked in a signed Statement of Work after the $500 audit (or initial discovery). Quotes are valid for 60 days.

Audit refund policy

The $500 audit fee is refundable in full against any build engagement (Starter, Standard, Authority, or Enterprise tier) signed within 90 days of audit delivery. If you do not engage us for a build within 90 days, the $500 is retained as compensation for the audit work.

Build payment terms

50% deposit at SOW signing, 50% balance at launch. Deposit refunded in full if we miss the agreed launch date. If you cancel mid-project, deposit is refunded minus actual hours worked at $150/hour.

Intellectual property

You own all custom code, design, copy, and assets we produce for your project. We retain the right to feature the work in our portfolio (with anonymization where requested). We do not transfer our internal tools, templates, or framework code.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our work is limited to the total project fee. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes are resolved in Hillsborough County, FL.
